Since 2017 Marco Bielli is Supply Chain Senior Consultant at Galaxy M63.

He manages complex projects of organizational transformation and performance improvement: especially efficiency and reengineering of the supply chain, operations, logistics, customer care and credit management. He supports the Partners for the project evaluation and the management of client companies throughout the phases of implementation and results measurement. He works in the field, in close contact with the teams and resources of client companies.

He is expert in Lean management.

For 25 years he held leadership roles in the Management Control, Sales, Supply Chain, Organization and Information Systems fields of international companies.
