In today’s context, the Medical Affairs function is increasingly called upon to actively contribute to the implementation of corporate strategy, participating meaningfully in the generation of medical-scientific value.
To achieve this, it is necessary to develop a strategic mindset capable of guiding decisions, initiatives, and relationships based on a systemic reading of the context and an understanding of long-term objectives. Strategic thinking, therefore, is no longer an option but a fundamental lever for those who wish to increase the impact of their actions.
Medical Strategic Thinking is Galaxy M63’s program dedicated to developing applied strategic thinking for Medical Affairs teams. Its goal is to stimulate the conscious and concrete activation of a strategic mindset in daily professional practice, fostering internal alignment, vision, and the ability to generate value over the medium to long term.
The program is structured through:
- a structured synopsis of strategic thinking, with a focus on its specificities within the Medical Affairs context;
- the construction of a shared language and the identification of common criteria to recognize what is truly strategic;
- practical sessions, with a targeted and agile work format, to train strategic thinking and integrate it into daily operational practice.
Five application areas, shown in the model below, make the program modular and adaptable, allowing focus on the most relevant priorities for each team.
